Venza the perfect blend of Toyota design

2009 Toyota VenzaIf you could combine two Toyota models to create a third Toyota, what two models would you choose to meld together in cooperative design and function? Think about it. If I were to name two models they would without a doubt be the Camry and the Highlander. You can’t get two more practical vehicles, or maybe if you combine their traits you can. That’s what we see with the Toyota Venza. The Venza is all things great about Toyota and an incredibly rewarding drive that incorporates tons of interior cargo space. That’s exactly what I had in mind when I visited a Toyota Libertyville dealer shopping for a new ride. I wasn’t sold on the Venza at first, thinking I might prefer the Highlander. But once I got to know the Venza, that changed.     … Continue Reading

Toyota Venza Test Drive

Toyota says that its new Venza combines the practicality of an SUV with the convenience of a passenger car. So when I was able to test drive it, I was not exactly sure what to expect. Was it an SUV or not? A crossover? No, they said not a crossover either. That was a confusing claim, and I was out to set it straight.

When I first got to my local Waukegan dealership and stepped into the Venza, I basically fell straight into the seat. Having only been used to “typical” SUVs, the step up into the car is usually the most strenuous part. But not with the Venza. And if you’re looking for a new car, Waukegan dealer Classic Toyota is definitely the place to look because of their great offers on this new Toyota.

2010 Toyota Prius

priusimageThe 2010 Prius keeps the same basic look of the ’09 model but comes with a plethora of updates that increase its efficiency and driving fun. With the Prius look already so established and popular it makes sense Toyota would keep the appearance similar, but don’t let this third-generation edition fool you. The 2010 Prius includes a number of significant upgrades — including considerably increased fuel efficiency, a bigger engine, better control over driving modes, increased cabin space, and smarter exterior features.

Design-wise, the clearest change in the 2010 Prius is the front fascia. Headlights more aerodynamically presented bestow the hybrid with more attitude attitude than it has had in previous generations, and the 2010 model boasts a more menacing grille, a new design that features the Toyota emblem between a split grille. These new design cues give a sportier, ready-to-pounce stance for this year’s model.
